The big day has arrived here at Chez Bobs. It has been a great week so far. I have been told by one lady I could upset a tranquilizer, and by another that I should run for president, life in the US would be more fun and by yet a third that my life here on Facebook is a total embarrassment to the Mason family. Could it get any better than complements like that? I wonder if one has anything to do with the other. The turkey is finishing thawing in front of a perfect holiday fire, God has given us a perfect sunrise that just screams look at all your blessings and enjoy the bounty, or maybe thats just the 25 pound turkey talking. I am once again enjoying the golden shank of the morning from my ringside seat here at Chez Bobs. I hope somebody shows up named Red, how can you have decent pool games going if you cant say, Rack em Red I think that must have been a prerequisite to work in a pool room because the guy was always named Red. Apparently I have a new guest here at Chez Bobs, or maybe I am the guest, twice now as Earlene turned into the driveway she has seen someone enjoying the front porch swing. He gets up, walks down the steps and disappears. Maybe I can get on Ghost hunters. Oh well I am thankful for all I have, thankful that when one door closes on me a better one always opens, thankful for a really sweet guardian angel who like Pam, and Peggy, and so many other sweet ladies out there go out of their ways to keep me out of trouble, and I am thankful for all of you. So remember, if you have nowhere to go my door is open with plenty of good food and fellowship, if you can bring a dish by all means bring it and share, we will appreciate it. If not just bring yourself. And if you cant get here let us know and we will see someone delivers you a good meal. God bless, and please make us happy by dining with us.
