The biggest fallacious argument that critics of Israel and the United States employ is: whataboutism. This term is a colloquialism used by the Soviets to distract from their failed system. Its meant to describe those who change the subject away from an uncomfortable or inconvenient point, to point out that Israel or America does it too, or is worse because... (insert topic). Perhaps, but two wrongs dont make it right. If one is being spied upon, one has every right to spy back. The difficult part is disarmament. However, I suggest we demand they disarm first. I dont trust those (ambiguously racist, crude pejorative) bastards.
