The biggest thing we need to change in 2015 for musics sake (especially in our own communities) is being honest with novices/ppl that might need work on something, whatever it is. Being honest does not hurt them. Not speaking up and not saying it to their face does. Im not saying you should be a dick and ridicule them, although I was during the first ever live set I did. It was brutal, but I got better and it toughened me up for criticism. The truth makes you want to improve if you care enough about what you are creating. Lets step our games up in 2015. Happy Friday
