The bill as drafted by Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, sets up an INCREMENTAL TRANSITIONAL PERIOD / foundation whereby the State of Wisconsin will incrementally State nullify a tranche of Federal Color of Law spending bills, usurpation and unlawful Acts of Congress and/or the Executive branch retroactive to the 1913 TRIFECTA of Tyranny and Constitutional TREASON. Any Federal spending that is not granted under Article I Section 8 of The Constitution will be on the chopping block. The estimated proceeds of these nullifications will be restored on the paychecks of Wisconsin Middle Class citizens which, over time, will nearly double the size of their paychecks without even a pay raise. This will obviously cause significant economic booms to our local Wisconsin hometowns and cities as the American Middle Class wages and salaries are nearly doubled, or more accurately they receive their GROSS wages and salaries, including employment taxes and matching employer taxes, in strict obedience to the findings and rulings of the Supreme Court of The United States. Therefore, IN PRACTICE, each MONTHLY tranche, OF MANY TENS OF THOUSANDS of unlawful Acts of Congress and/or the Executive branch since 1913, will be specifically enumerated but will not be determined by any means of prejudice, as all Federal Color of law and/or spending bills that exceed their eighteen itemized powers and spending delegated to them by The People and the States must be nullified over time and these usurpation of powers and spending must be restored to the State or the people in accord with the RULE OF LAW. That is the Founders context for the expression. We are a nation of laws means laws that the people and the States have on our elected Republican and Democrat public servants, not the Color of Law that they levy against us in utter Constitutional contempt. Your entire second paragraph, Mr. Harrell is moot, because our highly organized, coordinated, orchestrated and well briefed 20 or more Constitutionalist Activists in each of our Wisconsin State Assembly voting Districts are going to COMPEL and FORCE by highly PERSONAL hometown Political pressure on the local Assemblyman and State Senator, including MASS coordinated, simultaneous, well briefed Constitutionalists all calling in from each district, for a total of between 2100 - 2300 calls, to sponsor and facilitate the passage of our State of Wisconsin Joint Sovereignty Resolution with Arrest Provision. If the Assemblyman and/or State Senator doesnt want to comply with our coalition in SOLIDARITY, they wont be able to get re-elected and we will put somebody in their stead. This has NOTHING to do with the media or the Federal Government, whatsoever. We have our OWN local media methods within each State Assembly voting district, and we will be using it to inform the local hometown population as we are going along. No media required. Of course as we build our COALITION in SOLIDARITY the media may want to report on what we are doing to RESTORE THE RULE of our CONSTITUTIONAL laws and that it will nearly double the size of nearly all American Middle Class paychecks, without even a raise.
