The bill passed by a vote of 218-209, with the defections coming largely in districts in which Republicans represent large minority populations and in which they may have felt it prudent to put their perceived interests of minority citizens and their associated votes over the Constitution and the oath they swore. The first to vote against the amendment was the RINO from North Carolina, Renee Ellmers,* All of them swore an oath to uphold the Constitution on February 6th. It took less than ten days for each one to violate that oath in the furtherance of their own personal or a greater socialist agenda. The shameful sellouts are: Mark Amodei (R-NV) Mike Coffman (R-CO) Ryan Costello (R-PA) Carlos Curbelo (R-FL) Jeff Denham (R-CA) Charlie Dent (R-PA) Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL) Bob Dold (R-IL) Renee Ellmers (R-NC) * Chris Gibson (R-NY) Richard Hanna (R-NY) Crescent Hardy (R-NV) Joe Heck (R-NV) John Katko (R-NY) Peter King (R-NY) Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) Frank LoBiondo (R-NJ) Tom MacArthur (R-NJ) Martha McSally (R-AZ) Pat Meehan (R-PA) Devin Nunes (R-CA) Dave Reichert (R-WA) Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL) Chris Smith (R-NJ) Fred Upton (R-MI) David Valadao (R-CA)
