The billions are flying!!!So far, Citibank, Chase, Bank of America and a slew of other US and foreign banks have shelled out $100 billions in fines! A pittance in light of the damage and losses they inflicted on world economies, investors and shareholders. Now, the piece the resistance!! The fines are being out these banks net worth = shareholders equity whereas the managers behind the huge damage these banks caused will keep their bonuses and for some; continue to run these banks as if nothing ever happened!
