The birds of Rio are back. The Fox/Blue Sky animated Rio 2 grossed $39 million over the weekend and is currently in a box office battle with Captain America’s sequel, The Winter Soldier. To promote its release, our friends at Nickelodeon asked us to soar down to the Amazon, aka Miami, to shoot a colorful spot that captures the vibrant spirit of the rain forest. Directed by Sean&Steve, our team built a GIANT birds nest large enough to fit Nicks host, Daniella Monet, and 3 wannabe birds: Oscar winner and Grammy winner Jamie Foxx, comedian George Lopez, and Americas rising entertainer, Rachel Crow.
