The black community is angry. The delirious euphoria of 2008 was based on the belief in the black community that a black President meant that all blacks were going to move ahead of all whites. That it was their turn on top. That homes, cars, clothes, food, health care would be provided to blacks ...just like it was provided for whites. Most blacks think that whites are GIVEN the things they have. And they wanted them GIVEN to them. It has not happened. Instead, their President is being mocked for his failures, which they take personally. Worse, most blacks have fallen further behind during the last 6 years. The final blow was the humiliation of the recent election. They are angry and depressed. Losing their dreams of progress in a reality of loss has a huge segment of the black community looking for a reason to riot. And this is not just in Ferguson. Why else do you think we have seen the national rash of violence, from the knock out game to the black mobs raiding malls, their rage is seeking an outlet. If Darren Wilson is not prosecuted, there will be riots. And they will spread. Barack Obama, far from being the post racial President has stoked the flames of black hatred more than even the usual race baiters. America is about to reap the consequences.
