Going to the Election Tribunal to challenge the credibility of the Ekiti election is legally welcome and its total prerogatives of the complainants in contextAPC to do so,but to think the Tribunal will welcome or entertain any case on the alleged credibility of the person of Oshokomole,the Irunmole himself,is strictly out of bound and jurisdiction of the Election Tribunal.Only the competent court of law as enshrined in Nigerias constitution has the power to entertain such,but for any election tribunal under the Nigerian constitution is nil and void .These people of the Advanced Political Criminals called APC just wanted to create unnecessary public outcry to hoodwink some ignoble minds of the populace against the PDP in order to create a defendable shield or cover for the impending waves of electoral failure imminent of them in the SouthWest...They virtually has nowhere to hide their heads and faces this time around,the bubble must certainly burst in the SouthWest come 2015,peoples just cant condone,tolerate and compromise their upsurging criminal and thieving tendencies in government any longer.
