The board that existed, before and during the fire as well as afterwards, are responsible for the actions of their employees. As you all know we were refused the proceeds of the thirty somewhat million dollar fire insurance. One, because Tina Shaffer, the bookkeeper, was accused of putting false. Statements on the application. We dont know for certain its still a court matter. The other complaint by the insurance company which is harder to disclaim, since it was already stated. Is that Mallory the head security guard, tampered And removed evidence, as well as refused investigators from the insurance company access to damaged property. Not certain about the last statement. But, he did state in his deposition that he had a friend remove the electrical box, and had the oil tanks removed this was prior to investigation. He did say, he was afraid of a oil leak. If David Mallory had any concerns of danger, he should have called in the fire department , not have the tanks removed. I dont know if this was an order by the president of the board or not. Mallory did not say. However, you all must know this is crucial. If he acted I apond himself to do this, he should be held accountable, if he was actions on the instruction of the board, they are responsible. Either way, these are the two major reasons we are spending five million dollars and still waiting after almost two years for the big pay off.
