The body is a product of our habits. Instead of focusing on changing our body, we should focus on changing them. Our habits build our life. They draw the frames, in which we allow life to happen. The more we become slaves of our habits, the more dissatisfaction we feel. The meaning of life is not in the routine and the repetitive motion. It is not in the repetitive pattern of the days.
