The book of Isaiah can be divided into two main sections. The first section consisting of chapters 1-39 mainly talks about the coming judgment on the people of Israel because of their constant disobedience to God. The second section chapters 40-66 mainly talks about deliverance, redemption, restoration and salvation. It is interesting to note that the reason why the second half is so different from the first is because Jesus Christ then enters the picture. And the reality is that without Jesus in the picture all we have is judgment, but with Jesus we have eternal salvation. In Isaiah, God said, “Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?” You see God wants to do something new in your life, he wants the old life to fade away so that the new life can reign, and the question is, will you allow Jesus Christ to come into the midst of your life story? Perhaps your life is full of regrets, mistakes, pains, and rejections, but it doesn’t have to end there. Let me tell you that there is hope and restoration and it is found in Jesus Christ. Just like in the book of Isaiah, your life can have a great ending, let God rewrite your life story so that it can end with hope and salvation. Isaiah 43:18-19(ESV). La primera sección consiste de capítulos 1-39 y habla principalmente de un juicio venidero al pueblo de Israel por causa de su constante desobediencia hacia Dios. Y la realidad es que sin Jesús en el cuadro lo único que tenemos es juicio, pero con Jesús tenemos salvación eterna. En Isaías Dios dijo, “No recordéis las cosas anteriores ni consideréis las cosas del pasado. He aquí, hago algo nuevo, ahora acontece; ¿no lo percibís?” Como puedes ver Dios quiere hacer algo nuevo en tu vida, Él quiere que tu vida vieja desvanezca para que la nueva vida pueda reinar, ahora la pregunta es ¿si tú dejaras a Jesucristo entrar a tu vida? Quizás tu vida está lleno de lamentos, errores, dolores, y rechazos, pero no tiene que terminar así. Déjame decirte que hay esperanza y restauración y lo encontramos Cristo Jesús. Al igual que el libro de Isaías, tu vida puede tener un fin maravilloso, deja que Dios reescriba tu vida para que tenga un fin de esperanza y salvación. Isaías 43:18-19(LBLA).
