The brain is stuck so am reaching out to my FB friends....and enemies....for an answer/source? We want to put a bird feeder outside a window where we can watch them come without them being scared of the cats in the window...who ALSO, of course, like to watch...different reasons, Im sure. Anyway, we have seen windows in restaurants and such that block your view inside the store....BUT....when you are INSIDE, you can look out...its some sort of clingy material but cannot find it on line. Would like to put pieces in the window panes that would block the birds from watching us...but we can watch them....sort of like NSA....but on a smaller scale.
