The branches of the Eastern Cape Province lead by the newly elected #ProvincialChairperson (Nkosinathi Ngcongwa) will be descending in Gauteng Province, particularly in Johannesburg Region (Soweto) today with a clear mandate, to rescue the ANCYL of the first President of the ANCYL #AntonLembede from the Political ICU. Also reaffirming the resolutions of the #24thGallagherCongress and robustly influence the general membership of the ANCYL in defining the outlook of the character of the ANCYL we all want and love to be associated with.
