The burying of Sheikh Makaburi earlier today without conducting a postmortem on his body has legally put the case to rest. Investigating the shooting further, if it happens, will only be waste of time adn energy. Even if you arrest any suspects and charge them, what evidence will there be of what killed him? Which judge will ever entertain a case without a PM report? May be he did not even die of the gunshot wounds he had died of shock before the bullets hit him. The man is gone, same way he came to the earth. After more than 50-60 years in the world, Makaburi has faded away just like that.
