The calendar will not say fall for another week or so, but the first fall cold front of the season rolled through Georgia-Carolina Friday morning and will deliver our first taste of fall weather just in time for the weekend. High temperatures Saturday will be about 10 degrees cooler than on Friday, putting high temperatures in the CSRA in the lower 80s with lows dipping to near 60 degrees Saturday night. Sunday will be a little bit warmer, after a cool start, with highs in the middle 80s. That gradual warm up will continue next week; however, temperatures will remain near normal for this time of year with highs in the middle to upper 80s and lows in the middle 60s each day. There may be a sprinkle or two on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, but next week is expected to be a dry week overall. Friday Night - Partly cloudy, breezy and cooler. Low in the low to mid 60s. Wind N 10-15 mph. Saturday - Partly sunny, breezy and mild. High in the lower 80s. Wind NE 8-13 mph. Saturday Night - Mostly clear and cool. Low near 60. Wind NE 4-8 mph. Sunday - Partly sunny and mild. High in the middle 80s. Wind E 5-10 mph.
