The call for papers for the ephemera special issue on Organizing - TopicsExpress

The call for papers for the ephemera special issue on Organizing for the post-growth economy has been extended to 31 December 2014. As the recent global political agenda continue to be marked by the twin crises of economy and ecology, this special issue aims at exploring the possibility of an economic system that does not rely upon the prerequisite of perpetual growth. Since growth, however, is deeply embedded in the current economic institutions, the idea of a post-growth economy therefore calls for a reflection upon the basic constitutive concepts within the current economic system. Papers are invited that relate concepts such as work, management, entrepreneurship, innovation, consumption finance and depth, among others, to the idea of a post-growth economy. Contributions should be submitted in the format of a Word document to the email address: postgrowth2014@gmail. ephemera encourages contributions in a variety of formats including articles, notes, interviews, book reviews, photo essays and other experimental modes of representation. Further information about ephemera and how to submit can be found on ephemerajournal.org/how-submit. If you have any queries, you can also contact one of the special issue editors: Ole Bjerg ([email protected]), Christian Garmann Johnsen ([email protected]), Bent Meier Sørensen ([email protected]), Lena Olaison ([email protected]).
