The call to ministry (contrary to the popularization of the spiritualizing of the desires of the flesh and wishes of the heart), is a call to brokenness. It is filled with contradictions and polarities that cannot be be avoided. They are the things that create a necessary thirst and insatiable longing to facilitate intimacy and dependence on THE ONLY ONE who can fully realize the impact of the depth of pain, struggle and joy that you must endure and does not take advantage of it but uses it to bring glory.
