Attached are a bunch of documents pertaining to the St. Louis Area Regional Response System and its facial recognition program, mainly regarding its allocated budget. Highlights include more than $520,000 being budgeted for the St. Louis Area Regional Response Center to track everyone, not only with facial recognition, but also Automated License Plate Readers, cell phones, and intelligence gathering by law enforcement.,with 25% of it to be spent this year to complete the pilot of this facial recognition program, and the capability to enroll 1 million images. It is to be completed by August 2015. An attached map displaying the St. Louis Metropolitan Area titled “SharedRR8X11MOM.pdf” shows the Terrorism Early Warning center located in St. Louis, referenced in the other attached files; the total population of the region displayed is 2.8 million, and they want to track 1 million people at once using a facial recognition database!
