The case of Jaycee Lee Duggard............kidnapped in front of her house at the age of 11 and held prisoner for 18 years by her perpretrator on parole, fathered his two kids in the backyard, lived in the backyard, never saw a doctor or went to school and was often kept in handcuffs..... The system failed her tremendously, when police officers went to the house they NEVER once looked in the backyard where Jaycee and her two daughters were living in squalor for 18 years..............a nightmare turned into a miracle that they were finally found and rescued..............the system handed her 20 million but she is suing for more.......
