The cat is out of the bag on Obama-care: the chief architect admits he intentionally misled the CBO and Congress to make it palatable by hiding the fact that it was a tax (as Chief Justice Roberts eventually exposed) and that it was a redistributive tax in which healthy people would pay for sick ones, because it wouldnt have been passed by Congress if they (and we) were told the truth. He says the stupidity of the American people would have defeated the plan and he is proud that he was able to trick us into it through a lack of transparency.
