The cautionary tale to lawyers, their staff, their family and closest friends. Also the cautionary tale on dangers of social media. People who cannot make a distinction between what to put out there - probably ought not have easy access to these devices. People ask me how I can write about so many things and not fear social media. The general rules to follow is to write about IDEAS and not persons, write about matters discussed in the public sphere and never in confidence, write about common experience and not persons in specific instances. There are exceptions for sure, but discipline is the key and respect. For self, others, and the appropriateness of the occasion.
