The center section of our couch in the livingroom is FINALLY getting replaced by Pennys today. Weve been trying to get it done since this past November, as the mattress in the sofa bed was terrible and not the upgrade we had paid for, and the entire section set a couple of inches lower than the two end pieces. The first attempt at getting it replaced resulted in them delivering two new end sections to us around Thanksgiving, which we didnt need, but took anyway, as Goober had put some puncture marks in the sides of one of the sides of our original one, but they ended up not ordering the center section, which is what we needed replaced! Its taken this long for the new section to be made and delivered, so fingers crossed its going to match. I tried to tell them my concerns about them making the center section separately from the end pieces and the risks of it not matching; fingers crossed all will be well.
