The challenge we face when we try to help more people is reaching those people in need. We need your assitance. There are options and there is help but most often people just dont know they exist. We do not have endless resources to reachthese folks so we ask your help in reaching them. Please direct them to our website for information and if they are in Washington State have them give us a 15 minute call. WE can help them and we will but they have to reach out to us. Specifically, if they have recieved a Notice of Default it is important for them to realize they may be eligible to participate in the Washington State mediation program which will stop the foreclosure and allow them a state mediator and a meeting with thier lender with representation. This is thier best protection against unnesesary foreclosure in our state. Please spread the word!!!
