The chickens are coming home to roost at last. Mr. Putin, an economy cannot be successfully run by the state - ever. Why is the Russian rouble collapsing? Well, consider this: The plummeting rouble has raised pressure on the central bank to resume its interventions in the market, less than a month after in effect allowing the rouble to float. Translation: the Russian central bank has been propping up the rouble for a long time - likely for years. Now that the international market has finally been allowed to establish the roubles real value, it is plummeting and a sordid history of inflation is being uncovered for all to see. I cant even imagine how much money printing Putin and his cronies have been doing for the last few years as they set up their fascistic, cronyite petro-state.
