The children in the Senior Preschool classroom at Avenue Road Child Care enjoyed a fantastic science activity this week. The children a explored Volcanic Eruption experiment. With the use of a few simple ingredients, the contents will erupt out of the bottle just like a volcano! 3 drops red food coloring 1 cup vinegar 1 1/2 cups warm water 2 tablespoons baking soda This week we included the video so you can see what the children experienced. This is a simple and fun activity that you can try to recreate at home with simple ingredients that you likely already have in your own kitchen. Science can be fun and easy and allows for exploration about the things around us every day!
