The civil suit that Virginia State Trooper Mckenney filed against founder of Virginia Cop Block has been voluntarily dismissed. The lawsuit was for defamation yet no actual complaint or allegations was attached to it, Nathan speculates what it couldve been about in this news cast. The initial traffic stop transpired Memorial Day weekend of 2012. The trooper filed the lawsuit almost 2 years later exactly.
