The clean up commenced yesterday! A heartfelt thanks to all the community in and surrounding Gorey and to the event volunteers who worked endlessly in harsh conditions over the past four days to help Golden Shears get our show on the road and to keep it running. A special mention to all our sponsors for their financial support and the event traders for their presence and patience. The Host Committee Entertainment team headed up by Ivan Kelly, Michael Gleeson and Emily Lacey played an outstanding role in pulling all aspects of fun and music together from fashion, to the bar, to the stage and beyond.
