The cleanup of the oil spill on KY 32 continues today. Here are a few additional pictures from last night and this morning of the cleanup. Ive received some request about the status of the lake after individuals saw some activity in the area. At this time we have observed NO OIL IN YATESVILLE LAKE. However, a large pocket of oil was located near the mouth of Greenbrier Cr. Therefore, the cleanup crews have placed boom at the mouth of the creek to prevent any oil from reaching into the lake prior to them getting that area cleaned up.
