The client notes are coming in so regularly and there are some fun stories. From Rick: went out at sunrise Sunday morning from Coffee Pot out to North Shore park area, started with a flounder on my way to my spots, slot trout a little later, then started using pinfish I caught on a sabiki. With the live pinfish I ended up actually catching a puffer fish ( they were almost the same size??), then something really really fast, I mean it grabbed the pinfish and did a 30 ft. half circle around my kayak in about 3 seconds!! Cobia maybe? Broke off quick and all I had was some chafed leader. Then, let the tide take me back in and had a little hammerhead chomp my next pinfish and followed the remains all the way back to my kayak, maybe 6 inches away. In between all that, I caught about 8 or so undersize trout and undersize red. Long story short, thanks for tips on our Ft. DeSoto session, if theres fish Im catching (now). Big out-going at sunrise next Sunday, cant wait.
