The club is joining forces with a charity called Aid for Education. You can read a short script on what they are all about below or click the following link. aidforeducation.co.uk/home Our first endeavour is to collect any unwanted Celtic or Club tops. There will be boxes in behind the desk in the club foyer. The club sees this as a long term project and there will be more collections to come. Also there will be a Race Night organised to raise funds. All funds raised will be put towards building classrooms in the Eastern Province of Rwanda. It goes without saying we know you will give this project you total support. Aid for Education is a Scottish registered charity, established in 2010. We believe that God cares about those in need and that Jesus taught us to love our neighbour as ourselves. With your support, we can give a voice to the voiceless and hope to the hopeless. Aid for Education currently has one partner, Children Might Foundation (CMF), a Rwandan NGO based in the Eastern Province of Rwanda. CMF helps some of Rwandas poorest children and their families; children whose families cannot afford to support them in their desire to gain access to education, basic medical care, or shelter. Aid for Education works with Children Might Foundation by: * sponsoring children * funding education for school students * providing children with school materials * providing families with a goat * helping children and their families with health care costs
