The colder weather does not pair well with old beat up bikers and Southern Pirates. I find it more difficult to move in the morning without making sounds that disturb the local wild life and there never seems to be enough hot water in the tank to resolve all of the joint issues that develop with inherited RA. The good news is that I am alive. Over the years, as much as I have never wanted anyone’s help, I have been fortunate enough to have strong willed people look after me even when I fought against it. There was a time in my life that my Mother, family and friends prayed to a God I didn’t believe in for me to be strong, move forward and live when all I was doing was waiting to die. It is sometimes painful to look back on my life and realize how different things would be without the support that I have been given from others and I am truly grateful to each and every one of you. I never planned to live this long and made a great attempt to be all used up before now however, apparently there is something greater in the works and I am still here, being strong, moving forward and living.
