The common argument I hear Zionist bring up is that no country in the world would tolerate rocket fire coming into its country, and that serves to justify the actions Israel takes against Gaza, aka Israels right to defend itself. Well then apply the same standards to the Palestinians, could any people tolerate the constant killing, collective punishment, and brutalization of their already besieged population? The answer is pretty clear, no. However, the problem is that western media fails to mention Israels constant attacks on Palestinians lives before a large violent escalation like the one we are currently seeing. The media will only go as far back as mentioning that, Hamas fired rockets, and Israel is responding. That is why saying that Gaza has to stop firing rockets is absurd, because it distorts the timeline of the conflict. Israel provokes Palestinians living in Gaza to act violently and then Israel uses that as a pre-text to its carnage against the Palestinians. The most important point to note is that Palestinians in Gaza too have the right to defend themselves from their colonial-settler oppressors who rain down hell on them any time they resist, in any way, to the constant destruction of Palestinians lives. #GazaUnderAttack #IsraeliTerrorists #DownWithZionism
