The company I work for is looking for Customer/Technical support skilled individual: We are a store selling various software products from Adobe, Microsoft, Apple, Corel etc. Please be guided for the requirements: 1. DSL Line - at least 1Mb not shared as you will use a VOIP system 2. Basic troubleshooting procedure of software downloading, installation, activation and other things related to the product purchased. 3. Able to multitask - can work with phone, mail, and chat. 4. In relation to the above requirement, must have excellent English skill. 5. Resourceful - there is no training period only trial period. Rate may start from $3/hr on trial period. Please note: You must learn how to swim in the open ocean, we will give you the tour of the work. Please pm me if interested.
