The competition is getting close and the final things are getting done. Excitement is building around and in the gym. Hopefully there will be a steady stream of spectators throughout the day to come check out the lifters putting their hard work on show. We have some interstate guests coming as well to step up onto the platforms. It will be a great day and all thanks goes to everyone that has helped organise and arrange for things to run smoothly on the day. The team Steve Summers, Angela Summers, Chris Mapleson, Kate Genger, Carly Cromer from Invigorate Gym that have offered to help out on the day, the appreciation is massive. Without the support of the locals, hosting a competition for the Kettlebell Garage would be a whole lot tougher. If you want to check it out, lifting starts at 10:30am sharp and will run till around 2pm. There will be a BBQ and a coffee machine so you can get a cheap feed so bring the kids for a look as well.
