The competition is officially done for all the Adaptive athletes. WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Because of my less than awesome time yesterday falling off of, and pulling myself back on the sled I came in second behind Canada. In 2 and a half weeks I have spent a week pushing and braking for my bobsled team, I have came up with concept Prothstetics to help bobsled athletes be more competitive, trained side by side with Olympic athletes, been coached by world renown coaches, SWITCHED SPORTS TO SKELETON WITH ONLY 3 DAYS TO QUALIFY FOR A WORLD CUP, qualified for a World Cup, competed in an exhibition match in a World Cup (It would of been an official World Cup Race if at least 6 other adaptive athletes had qualified, there ended up only being 3) I have also been invited to come compete in both world cups in Ingles Austria and St. Merits Switzerland on 7 weeks, Been part of a documentary and had an interview. And I have made a ton of friends that I will consider family for the rest of my life, coaches, teammates and officials alike. Doors have opened that I NEVER imagined would be opened to me. I intend on taking this as far as I can, I have set my sights on the 2018 Paralympics in South Korea for Skeleton, all this wouldnt of been possible if it wasnt for the love and support of my family and friends. Thank you EVERYONE for your support and well wishes while Ive been here. And lastly thanks to all my teammates Aussie, British and American alike Mark Rollkart-Urquhart Davin Bretherton Jason Sturm Corie Mapp Steven Jacobo Lance Roop Jr. Will, Jeffrey Raymer Dave Nicholls Mike Rico Velez Filips Bernadskis Emily Ann theres a ton of other coaches and officials who made this possible that Im not friends with on here yet, thanks to all of you as well. Next stop Austria WOOOOO HOOOOO TEAM WILLES!!! TEAM USA!!!! See u in 2 days Boise
