The completed assembly of my marriage of two entirely different weight bench systems. The Impex PHE1000 Home Gym / with a negative incline capable free weights bench with leg curl. Modified to combine the two, for portability (can be disassembled & reassembly in 30mins) and maximum flexibility but apartment sized. Cost so far $45.USD. Still have to order two pulley assemblies. The selector tube & pin. And two cables. Had to really tap (no pun intended) my old engineering and toolmmaking skills to pull this one off. The Impex bench was extremely damaged (the seat bench main tube & leg end were bent rusted and unusable) and given to me. Thus the idea came to me. Combine my original bench with it. Even though they were totally different construction. PLUS do it safely AND CHEAPLY.
