The concept of Black on Black crime is mostly bullshit. Crime is more about proximity and opportunity, than race. If a disproportionate number of murder victims are young and black, hyper-segregation, and entrenched poverty have more to do with it than some perverse racial behavior. Something like 90% of white murder victims were killed by white perps--- why isnt white on white murder a thing? Im only putting this out there because black on black crime is an idea people bandy around a lot without ever stopping to consider what it means. And Ive seen it a few too many times today.
