The concert was awesome yesterday, during Gene Watsons set he was telling about a fan that was talking to Moe Bandy about his rodeo bull (moebandy). Moe is looking for a new bull and a fan suggested the name for the new bull......genewatson. Moe said that aint happenin........I had told that story to Gene at the Sioux Falls Watson show last fall..........Gene actually told one of my stories on stage...........That was so cool.....................I am no longer a member of The Not Ready For Prime Time Players. The sky is the limit for me now............jokes at the Hy Vee coffee shop are now $1.75 on up, depending on how many times I have told them. I talked to Gene Watson at breakfast and asked him to do my favorite song of his new CD....My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys, and he sang it............great job and thanks to Gene, my all time favorite country soloist.
