The conclusions of the Lee Rigby murder inquiry are fallacious. Finding out intelligence services were not able to disrupt any premeditated attempt at a murder shouldnt automatically lead to more power for intel: lone wolf terrorism is a much more complex situation than a lack of skill. In the current situation of Intel oversight, increasing powers is likely to create more issues than defuse them - no matter how easy a decision it appears to be
