The conflict in Gaza 2 Timothy 2:24-26 The Lords bond-servant must not be quarrelsome, but be kind to all, able to teach, patient when wronged, with gentleness correcting those who are in opposition, if perhaps God may grant them repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth, and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, having been held captive by him to do his will. There are so many things we dont know about the present conflict and many people take sides due to preconceived ideas. A particular view regarding Gods possible future for the Jewish people does not mean that all they do politically or militarily is right. Also sympathy for a refugee people does not justify immoral and murderous acts. There is a good deal of propaganda pushed out by both sides and Christians would be wise not to comment or repeat the propaganda. If you believe God is working out his purposes let Him do it He does not need your voice joining in the shouting. If we believe that the events on earth are a reflection of the conflicts taking place in the heavens railing against the political leaders or the individuals fighting and bombing is a waste of effort and unwise. God loves humanity, the people of all nations. Children are precious to him, Israeli and Palestinian they all have their angels who have direct access to the Father. Jas 1:19 My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, (Slow to post on Facebook) Jas 1:20 because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires.
