The congress led UPA is very Happy and feeling proud because the expected GDP in the 3rd quarter of 2013 is 4.6 % which is higher than the previous all time low of 4.4 %. ( the projected GDP of India for 2013 end by International Monetary Fund is 3.75 % !! ) Its quite possible that the common Indian may see these ruling leaders congratulating each other during 2014 election campaign for successfully keeping the GDP of India above Zero !!
