The conquest of beef ----------------------------------- First I mixed the spices and then spiced the beef and after 20 minutes of koshano I put them in the pressure cooker. After 30 minutes I took out the cooked beef and the curry and in high stove heat soaked up the water leaving a wonderful, thick gravy filled juicy pliant very delicious beef. Ahhhhhhhhhhh Lessons learnt : I should only use pc when cooking beef. 2. Along with the qurbani meat I put in 5/6 pieces of Bengal Meat beef but they were still not very soft.( aha culprit) 3. Get 25 kg of cow meat from somewhere and store it to eat for a year. 4. Without FB friends support its not possible for me to cook beef properly. Mission accomplished. Thanks
