The conscious is more simplistic than most of the subjects we learn in school. We are not dealing with equations, we are dealing with self. The one we are most fimilar with! People dont realize the macro and micro benefits that are gained or developed from simply learning the anaotomy of the mind and utilizing the abilities. Everything should unfold and fall into place according to the willingness and level of conscious of the open minded individual.
