The constitution was amended for the second time to allow former president Sam Nujoma to run for a third term in office. Some quarter of the society was not happy with it. Same with the third amendments still we can read on peoples mind. Its a living document, subjected to reviews, as long as its done in an armpits of laws of the Republic of Namibia. Lets wait what politicians are capable of doing. ..We can complain and cry crocodile tears but we actually dont have power to block this bulldozing system.
