You should use codec format - H.264, because its more universal, however Vimeo work with the same format as Youtube, as for the lenght its not limited, but if you would upload videos below 200mb this should help. Best advice for you is to try a different codec format or not having the file be so big if they are over 200mb. Anyway if you still have problems with uploading your video, you can upload it to YouTube and send a link on Seymour Duncan Facebook wall, Theyll try to manually move it over.
