The cool and serve mini comes out on June 1 and you WILL want one. I received mine in the mail already and couldnt wait to use it. It works just like the Cool and Serve Tray we have now but smaller. Margarita Party Dip (and its Delicious) 8 Oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened 2 T orange Juice 1 t lime zest 2 T lime juice 1 T Tequila (optional) 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup whipped topping 1 lb whole strawberries Combine all ingredients in Manual Food Processor and process until well blended and smooth. Remove cutting blades from processor and stir in whipped topping until blended. Fill center of Cool and Serve with dip and surround with fresh strawberries or other fresh fruit of your choice! Cool and Serve Square Tray... this is the bigger one with the egg wells. # 2292
