The cops in Philly told us they are unsure of how they will dispose of the marijuana they seize from people when the law goes into effect on Monday. I gave it some thought and submitted a proposal to the police today to establish a program called Buds for Beatdowns that will reward everyone that has been a victim of police brutality, racial profiling or wrongful arrest with a free ounce of confiscated weed. Fingers crossed.
