The corporate death penalty? Yes, there used to be such a thing. States discretion ... until corporations gained political power and changed the laws. State constitutions decades ago contained the right to dismantle corporations if the corporation was not a public good. Imagine!? Isnt that too much ... But, theyre the job creators.... in China. A lot of public good that does USA. Corporations use up our resources, our roads, bridges, waterways, docks but dont pay taxes and dont promote the public good -- instead pollute and destroy ... Thats not how it was -- when we were smart.
