The corporate government is now convincing pot heads (Theres a reason they call it dope!) That they have the right to TAX a weed. I say; What an embarrassment to America! For medicinal use is a no-brainer. For people to buy in to the mendacious LAW that they can tax a WEED shows the ignorance of the people. This needs to be addressed. If government and corporations can convince people that not even weeds are free, in a free country what else will these government idiots try to get away with. Now! Ignorance of the common law is no excuse. What they are passing (the law makers) are Statutes Acts, CODES (think coded messages) These are NOT laws! Statutes, are a courtesy to a corporation. CODES are a courtesy to a corporation D.O.T. the Courts, I.R.S. These are NOT law. I have been studying law for well over a year; because I realized that to not know law i, a man, and my children and my grandchildren will be taken advantage of by said laws. These idiot lawmakers are now passing laws (Statutes) to protect current law/s because they didnt write these laws so they are writing laws to protect constitutional law. Follow me? Yeah! Doesnt make sense to me either. Why? Because current Common Law... under our natural rights as Americans gets in the way of their power grab! Over this year plus of studying law; i have come to this profound conclusion; What Evidence is There that their Laws apply to me, simply because of my geographical location? What Evidence is there that state or local or especially Federal laws apply to me simply because i live in Pennsylvania?. Or to You? Or to your family? Or to your friends? The obvious truth is; they dont. Did YOU write these laws? NO! In America; the Sovereign makes the law. Many of you have not. We the people are to tell government and the courts and the police (policy officers. NOT law officers) what the law is! We are to write our own laws and make them live up to those laws. That is Freedom. That is Sovereignty. And, when one enters a court room, the People bring in their own court, and TELL these judges etc. what the law is. That is America. We are the kings. We are the kings bench. The sovereign makes the law. The people! We are the church, and we are the state. Oh! And! You people that smoke marijuana to get high and lose all perception of reality.
